I just listened to the whole Tchaikovsky Nutcracker suite during class today, we are gonna be tested on our knowledge when we hear the pieces where there’s accelerando’s, decrescendos, type of instruments that play in the pieces.etc.
I miss orchestra, quite a bit. Not so much playing the cello. More like sleeping in the back while everyone plays :P
Salt
Today I played about 8 hours of combined basketball and working out. Taking off my shirt, I realized there was some weird stuff all over the front and back of my skin. At first i thought it was sand, but then that didn’t make sense, I didn’t play beach volleyball or run into a sand pit. Turns out it was sweat that apparently crystallized into salt. This was a first. It was quite nice...
Sigh
Today was not that great. I found out this morning that i lost my room key. again. =.=
Then I wobbled to class with my dead leg (got dead legged, probably have a deep bruise) from 10:20 am - 4pm.
At least this is my first real day of college. Yesterday, I only had one class from 4-5 pm which happened to be weightlifting. And at least I know at least 3 people in each of my classes.
